He was admitted to practice in
New York State in 1984 and was admitted to federal court practice in the Western

After several years representing mostly
municipalities, corporations and individuals as lawsuit defendants, Christopher
Kerr joined Jeffrey Freedman Attorneys at Law to found the firm's personal
injury litigation department in 1986. Under his supervision, the firm’s
litigation department has grown in number to ten employees. The firm has handled
hundreds of lawsuits and insurance claims on behalf of injured victims and their
families, with awards and settlements totaling in the millions of dollars.
While the firm’s practice emphasizes work on big cases, clients have
included many individuals with less serious injuries. Big case or small, all of
the firm’s clients are provided with courteous, professional service by
experienced trial attorneys.
