Who is Eligible?

If you have been seriously injured in an accident or incident of any kind we encourage you to contact us.  We are happy to review your case for free and determine whether or not you may be eligible to receive a settlement as a result of your accident.

Aside from that, there are other factors that may impact your eligibility for a settlement.  The statute of limitations states that you can only take legal action against someone within a specific period of time following an incident. In order to be eligible for a settlement, you must be within the statute of limitations set for that specific accident.

There are other important time limits affecting your legal rights. For example, if you have been injured in an automobile accident, under the No-Fault Insurance laws you must notify the carrier in writing within 30 days of the accident. There are very few exceptions to this rule. An “Application for No-Fault” benefits must be filed in order to make a claim for lost wages, medical bills, and other necessary expenses.

Claiming against local governments require serving a Notice of Claim within 90 days and work injuries have to be reported in a timely manner. These are just a few examples of the time restrictions you may be facing when you are considering a personal injury lawsuit. We can help you determine whether you have a case to pursue and identify the time restrictions you need to consider.

    What They Are Saying

This settlement will allow me to open my own business to support my family since I will not physically be able to continue my career as a roofer. And the large payment I receive when I reach 60 will fund my retirement.

It took almost two years to settle the personal injury suit. But during that entire time, they told me exactly what to expect, and it all went just as predicted. I was able to buy a house with the initial payment, and feel secure knowing I will have a steady income for the future. It’s a great relief.
