Proving your Physical Disability

When it comes to obtaining disability benefits, the specific type of injury or illness you have is not as important as the impact it has on your ability to work. Proving that you are too disabled to work requires you to provide the SSA with indisputable medical evidence of your limitations and restrictions. You may be able to do this on your own, but we can help you prepare the documentation needed to prove your physical disability and get your benefits.

What if I have both mental and physical disabilities?

We often see clients experiencing mental disabilities in addition to their physical disabilities. If you have both physical and mental disabilities, you must get the proper documentation in place to ensure your situation is fully understood by the SSA as your case is being reviewed.
